After Christmas Now

Boy, I be too cool to update them blogs. But whatevaz.

My Christmas was the same as always. There was food and then presents and then more food and then obligatory time with my dad's extremely odd family.

Food was delcious of course, and there is a ton of leftover pretzel salad that i made and am currently enjoying as I type. mmmm.

I just got back from horrible after-Christmas shopping with a friend of mine, but it is okay because lately i have been binging on clothes way hard. Now I have way too much crap to bring back to school.

Right now I am missing the other two legs of the trifecta horribly, but hopefully I will be seeing them both in a few days!

Also I am currently reading Jane Eyre which I didn't think I would like, but actually I do.

Okay I have to go get a jacket and pick my mom up from work. latzlatzlatz

holy christ

This year was a different sort of christmas. I ended up spending a lot of it with Michael and his Daughters. Nathan is in florida until the evening of the 26th, so we postponed the gift part of christmas. My mother and I went to her church last night with Michael and his youngest, and today we made christmas dinner for him and both his daughters. I rarely cook, but it was fun, and all the food was delightful. I am actually unsure as to whether I have eaten so much at any point in my life.

So, that was christmas. I woke up at noon and cooked. and now I am absolutely exhausted. which is fairly lame, as I have been up for no more than 9 hours.

aight. toodz.

By the way. Laura, why you never update them blogz?

More Like GAYlight Savings Time

Guess what was not up when I woke up today? The Sun. Fuck you Daylight Savings Time! They try to trick you by giving you an extra hour of sleep when they turn the clocks back, and then BAM it gets dark at like 4pm. Now all of a sudden I'm technically nocturnal.

You know what it's like to wake up nocturnal? Shitty. You can't tell whether you've been asleep for 1 hour or 11. You know what else is nocturnal? Rats, cockroaches, and nick@nite. You know what sucks? All of those things.

In other news, it's Noelle's birthday! Happy birthday Noelle!

Cradical New Post!

Hey guys, what are your plans for after you craduate? I was thinking of becoming a cradio DJ. Either that or a submarine pilot because I want to work with CRADAR. My parents want me to be a lawyer since it's sort of a family cradition, but I'm not much of a writer. Ever since I bought my first craduated cylinder I've been a math and science guy.

What about you? How many ridiculous craddy words can you use in your comments on this post? That's a challenge guys . . . I'm looking forward to some really cradolicious responses!

Examz

Exams are going well. Thus far I have had psychology and computer science. I had computer science this morning and it was pretty rough. I worked for a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes. But I calculated my grade, and so long as I get a 76 on it I get an A in the class. So that should be one A for me. I almost certainly have a B in psychology, and the other two are still very much up in the air, what with the final being 40% of our total astronomy grade and all. so that's that.

It has been a very nice week. Aside from perhaps 3 hours of studying I have done no work this week, and am quite happy about that. Unfortunately, I have an art project due monday and quite a bit of studying to do for astronomy. Not to mention a number of parties this weekend. Hopefully I will find time for all those things. Most importantly that art project. It is entirely possible that I am failing that class right now and I would be most distraught if I had to take it again.

William, I believe it is your turn to update the blog. crad.

this week so far.

Monday we had family dinner night. this is a picture of our dearest laura enjoying the tortelloni. It was delightful. and we have a sack of tortellini and another loaf of garlic bread, so we should probably cook that up soon.

I attended astronomy this morn. for the first time in weeks. however, I did not pay attention to the lecture for even a moment. I spent a large portion of my time trying to figure out why I could not upload that picture of laura eating tortelloni.

I have a computer science project due friday morning, which is the greatest assignment hanging over my head. William and I both passed our astronomy observational exams thanks to our lovemaking beneath the starlight[see: "I'm Going to Fail English"].

Andy received $80 in parking tickets over the beginning of the week as he is a damned fool. His car is currently in a church parking lot, and perhaps being towed. He should probably go check on that.

I'm Going to Fail English

I am in Hemingway right now and rather than pay any attention I am going to post. Up until now instead of paying attention I've been playing solitaire and working on my barricade plan. I am the best fire captain ever.

Last night Andy and I went out under the stars together with a couple beers and a planisphere. We learned about the Caf in the sky and the moonlight was bright and pale and magical. It was freezing cold out and the car was covered in slick shiny frost so we bundled up together inside it with our hands against the heat vents. It was our own special world inside that car under the big sweet moon, and for those short, sweet hours we star-crossed lovers were one.

The whole ride back I longed for Andy's free association dirty talk but we were out of that special place under the sky and I knew it would never be the same again. As Robert Frost once said, nothing gold can stay. Though our love was golden, it was fleeting, like nature's first green. However I will always cherish that one beautiful night we had together.

TODAY IS A DAY OF ILLNESS AND NO CAF FOOD

Andy wrote a post today but I am going to write one too.

Today I woke up with the grossest throat ever. I took some pictures with my camera phone but I have no idea how to transfer phone pictures to computers. Fuck cellphones.

So Andy was nice and made me grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was a great sick meal. Then there was a lovely trek to CVS where romance novels were read and men got turned on by women squeezing peaches.

Then it was FAMILY DINNER TIME
in which the secret ingredients were garlic bread and tortellini. William and Andy timed everything perfectly and it was delicious. No caf food today!!

Then after some hand knitting and some hair dressing there was some Scrubs which William DID NOT WATCH and during which Andy discovered the best voice ever.
This is a hawk William and I saw the other day eating a pigeon.

Andy took a shower today.
He is finding himself very clean now.
Also, laundry.
He has a lot of work he is not doing.

Tonight is family dinner night. We are having tortellini and garlic bread.
promises to be delightful.

Unfortunately, Laura has fallen ill. However she got some anti-biotics today, and should heal up pretty soon. We should probably post a picture of her throat. it is way infected.

Christmas time is nigh at 229.

Tree and accesories were purchased yesterday, and tree assembled today.

Laura and Andy joyfully decorated the lovely trifecta tree, but William was more grudging and loves his menorah more than us.
